Danny Gokey/We Are Messengers: Hope Nights Tour | Decatur TX
The Hope Nights Tour brings Danny Gokey, We Are Messengers, and Jon Reddick together for an evening built around light, joy, and the kind of hope that feels like a breath of fresh air. You’ll hear favorite songs like when Danny Gokey launches into “Haven’t Seen It Yet,” or when the room fills from We Are Messengers’ “Wholehearted.” And of course, the powerful shift in the room when Jon Reddick leads “God, Turn It Around.” Gather your friends, and come experience a night that feels a little like coming home. Hope is here - don’t miss it!
Better Together Women's Conference
We were never meant to walk this journey of faith alone. Join us for Better Together: A Women’s Conference, a day set apart to gather, grow, and be reminded of the strength and beauty found in Christ-centered community.

Through worship, teaching, laughter, real conversation, and shared moments, we’ll be encouraged to link arms and welcome one another just as Christ has welcomed us — for His glory.

Child Dedication
First Baptist Decatur believes children are a gift from God. We are excited you are interested in dedicating your child. The purpose of child dedication is to present your child before God and the church, commit to seeking God’s wisdom as you carry out your responsibilities, raising your child for His purpose with love and grace.
We believe Psalm 127:3, which says, “Children are a heritage from the Lord.” Children are God’s gift and blessing; child dedication is a time to celebrate and thank God for your gift. You are committing to modeling what following Jesus looks like, to raise your child to understand salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, to believe the Bible is absolute Truth, and to know the importance of being in a community of faith through the local church.
